At Gem Diamond Company, we appreciate the opportunity to serve you and we strive to make your experience as convenient, affordable and secure as possible. To that end we provide free domestic shipping, fully insured to your door. All items, unless otherwise stated in the description, normally ship within 3 business days of payment authorization.

Your merchandise will be carefully inspected at the time of shipment. It will be attractively packaged and sealed within a tamper evident security envelope with your name and order information clearly marked on the outside. It will then be placed inside the shipping box. Also inside the box you will find a copy of your invoice, return shipping label, and any other documentation that may be associated with your order. Your order will be sent by Fed Ex, UPS, USPS, or DHL and will be trackable in transit. You will be updated by e-mail when your order ships. Please note that if you request shipping to an address other than your credit card billing address, make sure that you have contacted your credit card company to have that address added to your account profile. Otherwise the transaction will fail to authorize.

*If you place your order online there is a “special Instructions” box on the shipping page for you to note any special handling requirements. Where security can be maintained we will do our best to accommodate your wishes.

International Orders

We welcome international customers; however each country has different procedures, considerations and fees. Free shipping is available only to destinations within the US and its territories. Due to various security issues we are not able to ship to all international destinations.

International customers will receive an email with information pertaining to their specific order. Please be aware that it is not always possible for us to get accurate information regarding duties and other customs fees assessed by the destination country. It is the responsibility of the customer to fully understand and cover all the costs assessed by their own governments.

All international orders over $1,000.00 must be paid by wire transfer. Orders under $1,000 may be paid with credit cards issued by US banks. All payments must be in US Dollars.

30 day money back returns are honored on all orders, but shipping costs will be deducted from refund amount on international orders.
