Return Policy

As our commitment to your complete satisfaction Gem Diamond Company offers a 30-day return policy. You may return any item purchased from us for a prompt refund provided that we receive return of the item in original condition together with all original documents* within 30 days of delivery.

Domestic refunds cover the full amount paid, including shipping. For international orders the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

We strive to deliver products that exceed your expectations, but if for any reason you wish to return an item, or if you should need servicing on a product, we want the return process to be as convenient and secure as possible. For your convenience a return label is included with each shipment.

Please follow these steps to return a package:

• call or e-mail customer service to obtain a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization). The RMA number must appear on the box or the item cannot be accepted by our receiving staff.
• Use a delivery service that will provide proof of delivery, such as US Postal Service, Fed Ex, UPs, etc.
• Insure the package for it's full value**.

* We will not accept any item for return that has been abused, damaged or worked on by another jeweler. Certified diamonds returned without original laboratory report will be subject to a replacement fee of $150. All items undergo careful inspection before shipment and upon return.

** Be aware that Fed Ex and other carriers may limit the amount of insurance coverage. US Postal Registered Mail can be insured for up to $25,000.00. The box must be completely sealed with paper tape so that it can be properly stamped.

Trade-Up Policy

Many of our clients anticipate a time when they will be able to afford a bigger and/or better diamond. We do our best to take the stress out of all phases of the diamond selection and purchase process and to help make it the enjoyable experience it should be. Part of our industry-best certified diamond assurance package is our trade-up guarantee. At any time a customer may apply the full purchase price of any certified diamond purchased from Gem Diamond Company toward a diamond of at least 50% greater value.

The original diamond must be in undamaged condition and must be accompanied by the original laboratory report in order to qualify for this offer.
