We employ Verified by Visa and Mastercard SecureCode enhanced card security features for the protection and peace of mind of our customers. Customers not already enrolled in these valuable programs will be given an opportunity to conveniently enroll when making a purchase.

Special Note: If you are shipping to an address other than your credit card billing address, you must ensure that the shipping address is part of you credit card profile. You can easily add alternate addresses by calling the credit card customer service phone number on the back of your credit card.

With a paypal account you can send money to and receive money from anyone with an email address. If you do not have a paypal account you will be given the opportunity to create one by choosing paypal as your payment method in our shopping cart.

By creating a paypal account you only share your financial information with paypal, rather than with each individual merchant you may purchase from. This can reduce your risk of identity theft.

Wire Transfers
We offer a 2% discount for wire transfer payments as our processing costs are minimized by this method. After placing an order and choosing wire transfer, customers will receive an email containing Gem Diamond Company banking information enabling them to execute the transfer at their bank. All payments must be in US Dollars.

Google Checkout
For your convenience, we now support Google Checkout. Google Checkout is a fast, easy, and secure way to store your credit card information and address through the Google database. Fast: the information is stored with Google, quickly accessible by logging in to your personal google account. Easy: Track all of your purchase history, communicate with sellers, and search stores online with the click of a button. Secure: Credit card information is not shared with sellers, and is stored on Google's secure website.

International customers will receive an email with information pertaining to their specific order. Please be aware that it is not always possible for us to get accurate information regarding duties and other customs fees assessed by the destination country. It is the responsibility of the customer to fully understand all the costs assessed by their own governments.

All international orders over $1,000.00 must be paid by wire transfer. Orders under $1,000 may be paid with credit cards issued by US banks. All payments must be in US Dollars.

The Order Process
Credit card orders can be placed directly through the website or by calling in to our customer service line (1-888-974-4367). Once an order has been received the customer will receive an email confirmation of the purchase and it is then processed for authorization. Customers may be contacted during this process to verify transaction or shipping details. Our intent is to make ordering as convenient as possible for our customers, but security is always of paramount importance. Upon authorization the order amount is deducted from the customer’s available credit by the issuing bank. Only when an order is shipped is the credit card actually charged.

Customers placing orders to be paid by wire transfer will receive an email confirmation with the banking details needed to complete the transfer. Wire transfer and certified check orders will receive email order confirmation and subsequent confirmation of receipt of funds. Wire transfer customers are rewarded with a 2% discount as payment processing costs are lower with this method.

Special shipping requests can be made online at the time of purchase by filling out the special instruction box on the shipping page, by calling customer service, or by email. Where security is not compromised, we make every effort to accommodate customer requests.

Customers will receive notification and tracking information when an order has been completed and shipped. Order status can always be ascertained by contacting customer service.
