A custom jewelry project starts with a concept, a drawing or a photograph and progresses in stages through the design and manufacturing process and culminates in a sparkling new fine jewelry creation.

This step by step process leaves little to chance and results in the highest degree of customer satisfaction possible. Most custom design projects are completed within two weeks. Small modifications have much shorter turnaround, while very complex work can take longer. Fees and timelines are clearly established at the outset of the project.

We prefer to work with our own stones and materials. Customers wishing to have us perform work on their stones are required to submit a form which establishes mutually agreeable limits of liability. Please call to discuss and receive shipping instructions and an authorization number prior to sending any valuables. Unanticipated packages cannot be accepted.

Complete customer satisfaction is always our goal, however please note that the initial deposit is non refundable. This allows us to recover some of our design and material costs if the customer should decide to abandon the project or return the item.

	Step 1. Concept Customer submits picture or drawing, or we create one from customer’s design ideas.
	Step 2. Quote Detailed quotation with total cost, sketches, stones sizes, weights and other relevant details.
	Step 3. Approval/Down payment Upon approval of quote and receipt of 25% non refundable down payment work will begin.
	Step 4. Wax model If the project involves casting, a wax model will be created, giving the customer the opportunity to see the design in three dimensions. The wax may be sent by mail for approval.
	Step 5. Approval of Wax Modifications can be made at this stage if necessary. Upon approval, the wax is cast in metal , stones are set, and the piece is polished and cleaned.
	Step 6. Finished Piece Upon payment of the balance the finished item is shipped. Any additional services such as appraisal or laser inscription are also done at this time.
